Eliminates multiple D/A then A/D then D/A conversions.. ie better SQ (I would believe).Some might say the difference is negligable... Then why bother with nice burr brown dac&#039;s anyway or nicer grade preamp stages that feed out from a head unit or processor?&nbsp; Simple... It&#039;s cleaner... it does infact sound SIGNIFICANTLY better... Reason the DRZ is still alive and kicking..
