Every time a President speaks at it, his entire speech is almost all jokes, the majority of them referring to themselves. In Bush's case, he was constantly poking fun of himself, his policies, and his problems with speech. He thanked the crowd for their "horsepitality." He talked about the economic pie needing to be taller, not bigger. He mentioned how a President's job is to preserve, no persevere. I know a good portion of his speech was spent quoting an anti-Bush book (don't remember the name off the top of my head), so far all we know, the clips taken for that Quicktime video could have been completely out of context, and I wouldn't put it past a biased site to resort to such measures.</p></blockquote><p></p>
