i purchased brakes from brakeplanet.com which is a secure site more than three weeks ago, the next day an associate called me and asked what size rotors i wanted even though the full description was in my order. this sent up a red flag with me, the fact that they didn't even know what i wanted even though i ordered it. also, the guy tells me that they don't have the parts in stock, however the website said "in stock." after hearing that it would be at least three weeks before i got my brakes, i canceled my order. i was told that the money would be credited back to my credit card within 1-2 weeks! i was amazed that the money was taken out immediately, but yet it would take this long to be credited back. well, three weeks later there is still no money on my card. i have talked to many different people and get told it will be taken care of right away. my question is what are some ways to get these type of companies attention, to let them know i am serious and not going away? i have already told my credit card company and they are investigating. this shit pisses me off so much!!
