I hadn't thought of that.I knew the tinny sound was because of not having a headliner but for some reason it never crossed my mind to just glue some cheap black carpet up there.The rattling I'm not too worried about. I know where the majority is coming from, and thats the plastic molding on the hatch. I'll just throw some foam in between.Thanks for the ideas guys.
