[QUOTE="robertoyoung08, post: 7582999, member: 613565"] this does make sense. hadn't thoughta bout this. it makes sense because my mono amp is working fine. and they are both powered off the same power distribution block as well as share the same remote wire. also it plays decent at low volumes but once i crank it up it quickly distorts and starts to fade out. also makes sense about having a short on power wire because thats when it would be ******* up more power. thanks for the tip! i will test the amp out with different connections all fuses seem fine. i wish it was something as simple as the fuses. lol this also would make sense, except like i mentioned above, i have two amps running off the same distribution block and only my full range is failing. the main line fuse is fine and i dont have a fuse on the full range power cable, just have the fuses on the amp itself. remote wire could be shorted out or burnt, ill try using a new one. but im using the same remote wire from my hu for both amps. so not sure. thanks for all the help guys. you guys are definitely giving me ideas that i hadnt quite thought about!
