Although DC&#039;s main contact line for the shop someone answer any given time during business hours. People only call Robbie direct and half the time he don&#039;t answer. That would make me upset too. But I&#039;ve never needed to make an urgent call about any problems on any of the 3 alternators I&#039;ve had to mess with. They work and never quit.</blockquote>
