People have stated within the last year there problems with EA alts and what not.... I purchased an EA alt 3 years ago, 300 amp unit with ext reg.... and it pulls 305 amps and does 12-20 volts, I wish the idle voltage was a wee bit better... but eh.......... And not a single problem....I have heard a LOT of great things about mechman.</blockquote>
