I have an older Mercury that I want to keep looking stock. The AM/FM/Cass. has seen better days. I bought one of the better USA-630 units from Custom Autosound. Installed it per manual. Extra pains taken to ensure good grounds an proper phasing of speakers. Antenna replaced with a fresh base and proper ground. What I ended up with is a Pile (not Pyle). Can't tune it. Won't get a strong signal in my metropolitan market, while my other radios do. They say it is modern technology; but it does not meet the standard I had expected. I need a 2 post to fit in the stock dash. Any good options- even a good used model that has tried and true performance?
