The same tactic you use when "finding" fraud in your job. If you can get someone to say the wrong thing by tricking them or setting them up, then too bad, they already said it and thus you stay employed. It's your word against theirs and in a court room obviously the bias is going to lean towards believing you because the judges don't know your agenda. You are so used to people (judges, prosecutors) thinking you are right that you actually believe you are right about everything.
