That said the 12 or 13 main sections were also too huge and useless and worded in a way to necessitate the &quot;clarity&quot; given in the subsections... lmao. There&#039;s NO clarity anywhere in that mission statement.That said this Judge was probably out their depth and rejected the prosecutorial assault and overreach.I was overcharged once upon a time, prosecutorial overreach. My 10yr in prison deal (threat) evaporated into a dismissal once the statements were read into the record.
