Probably because of the pushback by these farmers, it has been dropped to 10%. As far as the dismal global market, I know most people in Canada are buying as little American produce, etc as possible because of the tariffs. So even though the weather may be the number 1 factor, Trump is at least partially responsible for the inflation and dismal global market.</blockquote>
