Ohhh, so you're talking about gatherings where men just walk up to women and grope them or kiss them, without having to get any type of indication that it's OK. Kind of like a hooker party, or maybe an Epstein Island gig. Got it. You tried this ploy before. And you were never able to show an example of my "incorrect" use. Even other members here said you got it wrong. So, you thought it ironic that I didn't follow your command. What is ironic (i.e. unexpected; happening in the opposite way to what is expected). Why would you expect me to follow your command on this forum? Did you become a moderator recently? That is in effect telling someone how they should decide a case. There's guilty, and not guilty. If they tell him he shouldn't rule one way, then they are in effect telling him to rule the other way. What justice told him he should rule not guilty before he handed down his decision? What justice told him what the fines should be before he handed down his decision? This is an interesting tangent to the appeals court allowing the bond to be reduced for no apparent reason other than it being demanded by the attorneys. Yes, you can claim your jalopy Elantra is worth $150,000 all you want. Maybe some fools will believe you. .But when you put that number on a financial form to get a loan against the value of the car, it becomes fraud under the legal references I gave you. You don't get to use beliefs or feelings as a factual value. In case you forgot, it's covered by 18 U.S.C § 1014. You can read the law here. It's a bit wordy: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1014 It's also why you can't take a $750,000 loan on a house that is worth $68,000, unless you can show the difference is going to be spent directly on the house/property. And even then, they'll limit the loan to the value THEY can get out of the property if you default on the loan. That's mortgage fraud, also covered under 18 U.S.C § 1014. Political leaning has NOTHING to do with banking laws, financial fraud, etc. When you commit fraud and get caught, the judge doesn't say "I am a right-winger, so I will give you a pass on this one. Keep the money and eff the bank". Nor does a bank say "Hey, you like Biden? Cool! Just sign here and we'll loan you $500K to buy a house that doesn't even exit on that empty lot in downtown Detroit". You really need to let go of that whole "far left" mantra when it comes to discussions like this. Saying the existence and enforcement of law is a "far left" concept really makes you sound terribly unintelligent. I'm sorry I didn't hold your hand and walk you through it step-by-step so you could easily understand the reference. The reason I mentioned the housing crisis of 2008 was that it involved (very simplified explanation) mortgages that exceeded the value of houses. When the mortgage exceeds the value of the house and there is default, the bank gets f*ked. That is a bad thing. Getting a loan based on an inflated value of the collateral is not only illegal, but it can end up having pretty big ramifications. Were you able to follow along and comprehend, or are you still confused by false valuation on a financial document?
