He pandered to a cynical base instead of trusting the science, that is a TOTAL fail. We and the many thousands that perished will never know what could have been, but one thing is clear. As developing nations go, we fared poorly, very poorly and that responsibility lies directly on those in charge of taking care of the situation. He and his administration failed, completely.</p></blockquote><p></p>
