[QUOTE="hempy, post: 4251527, member: 571956"] Well, I've been playing around with some baffle panels for my front stage, and I figured I'd tack em onto this thread rather than starting a whole new one. I wanted a little more substantial mount for my woofers and I needed to move my tweeter down since it was way too harsh up by my door handle. I used 1/2" mdf for the base and 3/4" for the actual baffle part. I put 2-3 coats of resin on them to keep them semi-waterproof, and I have about 13 t-nuts per side, bolted to the door with 1/4" hex bolts. I got lucky at Joann's and found about 3 yards of 2-way vinyl for 7 bucks, and it matched almost perfectly. I can't really think of anything else to say about them, so I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Lemme know if you guys have any questions!
