I don't see what her car being t-boned has anything to do with the door hitting and subs popping. If it does that with the vehicle off as well, then it has nothing to do with the audio. Are you sure it's coming from the sub? Also, I see too many DIY'ers tryin to work at Best Buy and CC. They tell them "yeah I've worked on my car and friend's and I do good work, etc". I know someone who didn't use a ring terminal for his ground, just bolted the wire to some metal, was a shitty ground. I've seen such horrible installs and the sad part is, some of these people come and ask me what their problem is..i seriously feel like saying "you are the problem. pay some money and have someone who knows what they are doing work on your car instead of screwing things up and asking me." With so many variables of what could have gone wrong, and i dont know everything, how the **** am I supposed to know? Then again, will BB even get a qualified installer? Highly unlikely, but very few, because people who want to be installers will find an audio shop. Why couldn't you check the ground before she left if you thought it might be that? And what idiot uses the seatbelt bolt for a ground? Agreed. And it's not amazing IMO...when you read stories like this and see what service you're getting, it's pretty much common to have such a problem. Even if you don't, you don't just leave the vehicle and say "i'll wait till friday noon, the car should be there. Ever think if the lady needed her car? As someone else mentioned, you should tell your manager what happened and it is your responsibility to let someone know, because your company is responsible for the car. Your manager decided to have you guys work on it, and he can't and nobody can't return the car half-assed. And BB audio employees wonder why they get so much hate. BB employees don't know shit...seriously, I have gone there a couple times and I've asked simple question and people couldn't help me on numerous occasions with different reps each time. I've had much better luck at Circuit City, yet I wouldn't have them touch my car since I can do it myself or with the help of friends. There are always some truth to lies (or jokes). I wouldn't take any advice from alpinetypeR
