I think they are passing or have passed laws on internet harrassment/threats that may have some serious consequences, not only that, the man has already admitted to using "high tech" equipment to watch your every move which is violating your privacy. For fun, I'd just turn him into the local police department and sit back for all the laughs. He thinks he's so bright I bet the police have there own ways of tracking down idiots like him.

This would have been my solution trust me, if I was positive on who it was. I already reported it to aol and they said they will take all the required actions. The local law enforcement will be notified tom. Anybody ever done this before? Do I just forward them the e-mail then they take care of it or how does it work?

Call them and tell them you have been threatened phyisicly and tell them that your personal privacy may be violated and tell them you have the email. Tell them you are being threatened with slander, too. Also tell the police you want to push full charges on this guy.
