hey yall. i recently copped my sisters old optiplex tower (p3, dell, POS) and i hooked the dayton bookshelves w/ the pyramid subwoofer up to it. it is being run through a vintage hitachi amp seen here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5797797026&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1 problem is, the audio that comes out is kinda distorted. whenever there is like a peak in audio (loud sound like a crash) there is a buzz. i think that it is the amp since it isn't very good in the first place, but it didn't buzz THAT bad when i just ran my ipod through it. any suggestions? going high level inputs through amp > miniplug/RCA>RCAs>speaker out on computer. what should i be doin besides a new amp?
