Message: <blockquote data-quote="bri487" data-source="post: 2644190" data-attributes="member: 546916">me too.  and i achieved that with two DD 10"s ported.  sounded better than my single 12w6v2 sealed.  bass was cleaner, has more range, better balanced sound to it.its not all about the gear you choose, its about the install.  and i can tell you that a 12w6v2 sounds way better with a 1000/1 than it does with a 250/1 or 500/1. i ran them all on a w6v2.  started with a simply 250/1 and a 300/2 setup, traded the 250/1 in for a 500/1, then a 1000/1.  i kept on stepping up.  the bass was cleaner and deeper with a 1000/1.  it didnt really struggle much reaching those lower notes that the w6v2 hates.</blockquote>
