Either you run the extra wire from the amp (active) or from the crossover (passive). Either way, both the mid and tweeter need their own wiring going to them.</p><p></p><p>That is unless you plan on putting the crossovers in the doors as well as the mid and tweeters.</p><p></p><p>If you have dash mounted tweeters already, use that location.
