Taco: Pros: gas mileage a real backseat smaller for city parking interior will go back together like just like new ground clearence/locking rear diff Cons: less towing more $$$ (but not much) backseat = more passengers narrow bed composite bed = no ladder rack. Chevy: pros: cheaper V8 torque/towing lots of aftermarket parts (for 4x4ing or street trucking) wide and deep bed for more stuff low step in height Nice ride (according to you) Cons: Fuel economy no ground clearance interior quality city parking friends always asking you to move stuff for them I would get the taco because it would suit my needs. In fact I have a Tundra because the siverados were just a little too big and too low for me. The bed size and towing ability may be really important to you so the silverado is for you.
