Message: <blockquote data-quote="boulderbronco" data-source="post: 2278557" data-attributes="member: 564877">I would say a gallon weighs a bit more than a standard gallon of paint.It can handle heat and cold fine as it is a roofing sealant.  Only down side I can find so far is that it takes a number of days to cure.  In the thick spots that are probably 3/8 to 1/2" thick it is still a bit soft and it's been about a week.  It cures to the touch in 3 or 4 hours so you can touch it.  The smell has not been an issue at all.  It smelled a bit when laying it on but not as much as many paints would.  Now there is a slight and I mean slight smell.  Once I get the carpet all back in it will be completly gone.  Here are some pics.</blockquote>
