I have not heard the SEAS or Scan's but in a recent question in which I asked for a better sounding speaker the CDT's I was told Seas and Scan's.  I have read some reviews to back up these opinions on the DIY forums.  This being said though, is considering a no budget system.  If your on a budget, its hard to go wrong when getting CDT's!</p></blockquote><p></p>
