I could always use my old CDT's, but ima have to sand down the terminals, and paint the tweeter casings black to match the interior. Think it would be worth it to me to pick up a new set of SSCS 6's? I noticed the Crystals have a 1' tweet compared to the CDT's 3/4' silk, but the CDT xovers do have tweeter attenuation options, which the Crystals lack, and the CDT xovers also appear to be a little bit more beefy as far as components go.
So i'm transplanting all my equipment into a 03' Civic EX. My Cl-61a's have done me good, but are getting a little rough. I've had them over 2 years, and the speaker terminals are rusted from a water leak in my last ride. I'm wondering if the purchase of some fresh SSCS6's would be worth the money, and if I can realistically expect any gains in performance with these compared to my 61'a's. What you guys think?
