CD Changers

I'm looking to purchase a cd changer for a budget price. I found one on eBay Alpine Car Compact Disc Changer CHM-S601 .

Is this something to consider? I know it is used but from past experience, do they still work good or did they perform well then?

i bought an poineer one for my oldschool and haz no problems alpine makes goodz so shouldnt haz problemz either
