A month after i got my new truck my dad was driving the explorer and some ***-hole hit him flipped the truck and then tried to leave the scene.  Well the police ended up catching them but big surprise they didnt have insurance, and since the old truck was old we only had liablility on it.  So we sued them for the Blue book price of the truck and for personal injury and lost wages.  We ended up getting compisated for our losses and a little extra, so sueing is well worth it if it is in good context</p></blockquote><p></p>
