<blockquote data-quote="9515ROB" data-source="post: 6726490" data-attributes="member: 612187">ight well this kid called me that i did a install 4 this summer and asked what time the local audio shop was open till and i said they are closed and asked what u need he said his buddys amp in his truck wont turn on so i tell them to come over and i will take a look well i get out there and check the fuses bc i figured they poped 1 hooking it up and they were fine so i jumped the remote turn on to the power to c if it would turn on and all it would do is flash 4 half a sec and turn offso i ask this kid where do u have the ground hooked up and he says ( TO THE TOP OF THE BOX) and right there i was kinda stuned bc i have never seen anything so stupid in my life and i say that isnt a ground and then he says (there is a piece of metal underneath the screw). then i was like wow so i tell them where to find a ground.and then it gets even better they got the remote wire ran straight across the fu(king truck like i mean not even on the ground and i take a second look at this box its for a shallow mount kicker and it is probly half a cube and its PORTED thats right ported it looks like they took a drill press with a big drill bit and drilled a whole some where</blockquote>
