Car Audio is being attacked more and more everyday. Its time to start taking responsibilty. Time for words are over...Let your actions do the talking....Enough is enough and those who want to be bitter about it can just bite me.

This time last year alot of guys on here were big on playing your systems in a respectful manner. To me its like the men are leaving and the boy like attitudes are taking over.

I ask those of you who have been in the industry for awhile to voice your support. Let these young ones know how you feel. My competitors know what I mean.

I agree... t his form/site has been taken over by little punks who think excessively loud music anywhere is cool. Its not, play your music at a respectable level. I know im not the only one but theres alot of vertarns that have left or are leaving this site

At some point in time one must grow up, let's hope that it's not too late when one does. I look at it like this. Pure and simple.......MY system is for MY ears. If everyone in my neighborhood wants to chip in and help me pay for my system then they can listen to it too. Until then, I keep it where I can hear it.......not everyone else as well.

I have a great story about this kinda crap happening, well sorta like stupid bass heads. I was outside blockbuster and there is a Teg next to our truck and the licence plate said "ALL4SHW." It was a riced out integra, I laughed a lot when I saw it. My door was messed, so we were trying to fix it, meanwhile the guy comes out with his gf, and trying to impress, me and couple of guys he looks at me and nods. I watch him turn his stereo on, and up to 29 or something like that on a Alpine 9807, and the HU only goes to 33-35! Clipping like a mother, his speakers and sub(s) are bottoming out hard. I laughed so much that the next day I could put a smile on my face thinking about this flammer and thinking he's the kind of ppl we don't want in car audio.

No matter how hard you try you will never make them understand that they look like a bunch of fools blasting there music. Granted when I am on the open road doing about 50+ I usually have the stereo going pretty good. But when I get in the city, or especially a residential area it goes down quickly. A lot of folks are just looking for a reason to put in stricter noise ordinances. If we think we won't have a problem. If you have to turn it up then do it at an audio shop when you are getting metered. Maybe when they get older and can't hear a d@mn thing they will learn. I doubt it though.

I'll agree. There's people that blast their stereos in my area and there is absolutely no balance all you hear is bass and usually the bass has very little SQ. At my old house that was right near a freeway entrance people used to blast their music driving by in the middle of the night. That really doesn't impress people when their sleeping it just makes them want to beat you up.
