I'm sorry, but that has to be one of the most close minded assinine generalizations I've ever heard. For one, how can you say it's so terrible if you've never even tried it? What gives you the right to deem the millions upon millions of users (Hell if it hasn't reached a billion yet) losers simply because they enjoy smoking pot? Don't give me that "Oh it makes you un-motivated and lazy crap" because that's utter bullshit. It's all about the person's attitude..I smoke usually 4-5 days a week, while attending Ga Tech with a 4.0 and working 25 hours a week for the Atlanta Journal Constitution. My old friend from up the street smokes about as much, but he sits on his *** most of the time, watching TV and doing nothing. Is it the fault of the marijuana? No, hell if you're in the right state of mind (which it really isn't hard to be) you can use your high as motivation. I.e. the other day my room-mate got completely blazed and ended up cleaning the whole dorm listening to his headphones he didn't even have a single negative thought about it, simply because he was enjoying the music more thanks to good old THC. It doesn't ruin people's lives you close minded twit...it enhances them. But just as with most any other substance too much is never good for you. If you're going to bash weed you might as well bash alcohol, cigarettes, fatty foods, violent movies, ****, etc..etc.. the list goes on. So get back to me when you've tried it a few times and actually have some point off which to base your argument.
