I think it is TRULY A WASTE OF MONEY. I took it out to sell now. Also i think it was on this site, i saw a link of the voltages measured with a cap and without a cap. They were side by side and there was NO difference. The cap did not provide a steady voltage and dipped just as the system without the cap. For me that is proof. Saying it does or doesn't mean much without graphs/proof. And the graphs clearly showed there was no help. I think part of being MECP certefied is learning how to sell as much to your customers as possible.</p></blockquote><p></p>
