I build a box for some 12's in the back of my friends 05 extended cab and it required the seat to go up about 2" but it was a sealed setup and I can't remember the amount of mounting depth. I know I have seen some ported enclosures on this site that go under the back seat.Definitely thinking you will be having to build this yourself, or check out pro box rox, I think there stuff is all sealed though.</blockquote>
