Hi there, I am having alittle trouble deciding between what I wanna get. Im looking at either getting one (or two) 10 inch Alpine SWR-1042D's, dual 4 ohm vc's, 500 watts rms, 1500 peak (which are last years model) or I was looking at getting one 12 inch Alpine SWR-1243D, dual 4 ohm vc's, 600 watts rms, 1800 watts peak, which is this years model. i can get two of the 10's for the cost of the one 12 but I don't know if I should do that in fear of killing my alternator. I'm looking to spend around 200$ for the sub but I could go higher if its worth it, and im looking for the louder setup, im planning on putting whatever i get in a ported enclosure. please let me know what you guys think and i am open for suggestions, thanks. oh and whatever subs i end up getting, im going to get an amp to match that setup
