I use one of my Windows PC's to do it... DVD Decrypter to rip DVD to hard drive, DVD Shrink with preference "split into 1gb chunks" unchecked to make one vob file, and then something called Videora iPod video or something to convert the vob file to an iPod video compatible file. I ripped a few DVDs to my 60gb iPod video, EVERYONE is impressed with the quality.
