I dont think it could be the speaker wire resting on the bottom of the box, because I can reach in the port and i cant feel it vibrating enough to make that prominent of a sound. when I have my volume up ~50% the vibrating is almost louder than the bass...the boxes are ported tuned to around 40Hz, and they are around .25 cu. ft smaller than recommended.Any ideas?</blockquote>
