So i sent it in , under warranty , to get it repaired or replaced. Well , that time was around the time Ascendant Audio started going through their merge with FI. After alot of phone calls i got through to chad a few weeks ago. He realized my box had been kicked to the side and felt bad about me having to wait that long.
