I am asking because both the top and the bottom of the amp are being touched. by the seat and the carpet. then in the future i will have the added heat of a 4ch amp next to it.but its a jeep wrangler with a soft top. in the summer its 100 plus always so top is always off so lots of air, and in the winter its almost always freezing litterally, sometimes in the teens. so then in the winter i know heat wont be an issue. summer is my only concern.</blockquote>
