Can anyone give me a breakdown of the TC series lineup?
I'm currently tossing a few ideas around to complete my substage since I'm having a Hella hard time finding a coil to fit the beehive I'm trying to build. I know that TC had a ton of different lines of subs, but I'm trying to narrow it down to a pair of 12s or 15s if I can find them that would be suited to infinite baffle. From the bit of digging I've done the 2000 line would be a pretty good starting point for infinite baffle. But I'm having a hard time finding a good breakdown of their lineup since they haven't been around in over a decade. Power will come from a Taramps Smart 3, I would like to stick to 4 or 2 ohm final load, preferably 4 ohm. That gives me about 1k per sub which should be plenty. Im not opposed to getting something other than a pair of TC based subs, but most of my "liquid" cash is tied up in audio or Christmas stuff for the kids, so buying a pair of new 12s or 15s is pretty much out of the question. Plus, every TC based sub I have owned has performed phenomenally, and i can always search out a second W15 GTI and run a pair of them again. Just want to get a solid pair of drivers that can handle some power and absolutely destroy the lows while sounding good doing it. I didn't just deaden, isolate, and insulate my whole damn csr for nothing.
