Me personally i like Hifonics. I have both the HFi1500d and a HFI2500d The HFI1500d is Rated at 1500rms at 1ohm and its 1 ohm stable. I am impressed with them. I have heard pros and cons about the amps. Some people say that the boards inside are week and dont last. But i have mine hooked up to 2 Alpine type R 15s and as loud as it goes and always have it up everyday. I have had it for about year and half and still never had the slightest bit of problem. To me the money you spend on them its way worth it. So i turned around and bought 2 Re audio MX 12s and rated 3000 max and 1500rms each. So i bought the hfi2500d just because i liked the way the 1500 amp performed. So you should look into them. Alot of big time spl or sql people use them to. But hey atleast read up on them.
