They seem like a pretty serious shop and are extremely competitive in audio. I bought a new sub (DD 1500) and hooked it up and one of the team members there was helping me tune my amp. He told me I should get a bigger amp for the sub and i told him i had a kicker zx850.2. The DD is 4ohm dvc so i can only wire it to 2 ohms if i want to get sufficient power out of that amp.The guy was tellin me you can bridge kicker amps as low as 1 ohm. I'm not sure if I should be believing him or not so the real question is how safe will it be if i bridge the kicker @ 2ohms (although its only rated at 4 ohm bridged) and have all my gains tuned correctly?</blockquote>
