I had a brand new Pioneer PRS-80 installed and I have ONE MAJOR problem... When I push in the main volume knob to try to access the menus for my Fade, Balance, etc, they come on for a second and then dissapear. If I push and hold the volume knob in then the menu screen will come up but will dissapear as soon as I let off the volume knob. I ordered a second unit and installed it and Im getting the samething with the 2nd brand new unit. I tried using a different faceplate and even used my faceplate on a demo unit at my local car audio shop...I could only confirm that my faceplate is good and worked fine on the demo unit. Im at a total loss right now and can only guess that there's something wrong with my wiring but still confused on how wiring would have such a specific affect on a unit. Anyone have any comments, concerns, suggestions ?
