Message: <blockquote data-quote="Trixter" data-source="post: 2052801" data-attributes="member: 542668"><p>i just built a box for a guy's suv (don't remember the model) but the box was for a pair of 12's. i faced them down and the port back. it was a low wattage system...only like 400w going to them. sounded awesome. i used 2x4's on the sides to jack up the box a little and mounted the amps on the underside as well. i think the box was like 41 x 30 x 8 or something (external) and then the 2x4's on the sides making it under a foot tall. this was important to him because he does motocross and tosses all his gear on top of it. the port was in between the subs so the subs could be mounted towards one side (the port side) of the box leaving room for the amps on the other side.</p></blockquote><p></p>
