You know, before your last tyrade, I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Now- not anymore. I know that it is. I was asking why you would refer me to it when clearly, other than a few typos I cannot see why I'd need it. Ironic that you suggest it when you cannot seem to figure out how to capitalize the letter "i" in your posts. Try this: hold the shift key, press the "i" then release both. Like I said, I have pics at 4% when I was in the OFF season. All that I know is that by calipers and by electrostatic impedence measurement, I came up under 2%. I'll post the pics @ 4% later, but the poses are artsy-fartsy. You really want to know what I don't understand? How someone who claims to be into lifting for the strength cannot bench more lb. per lb. in bodyweight than you can. There I said it- I am calling you a pu$$y because you are as weak as a little girl, considering your size. When you bench even 150% of your bodyweight- on the juice or off- then you APPROACH my league. I rep 150% of my bodyweight FOR 12 REPS. You do it once and you can consider yourself "strong" on that lift. I can CURL 90% of my own bodyweight. Try that, just once. I squat 150% of my bodyweight for sets of 15. I deadlift the same. You want strength? WORK for it. Pu$$y. Big gains, eh? Still weak. Obviously, your weight IS an indicator, because you are still a fat slob who is not willing to put in the work at the guy to reach your own potential naturally before resorting to artificial means. Your weight indicates that you are not willing to put in the effort needed to take a naturally large frame and to develop it to its potential- which means that you have substantially lowered your potentil. You are only as strong as your mind- which apparently is not that robust. It is clear that you are too much of a pu$$y to be strong. My response it simple. Do what you want. Just don't expect to get respect when you take that route.
