Gaining 20 pounds does NOT mean anything. Those pills can hold 20 pounds of water retetion once you start taking them. Your lifts could go up because you think your taking real gear. You can gain weight by eating more and lifting harder, because you think your taking real gear. You see what I'm getting at? I diden't change my workout or eating habits when I tried them, and that is why I gained no weight and my strength did not go up. Even after taking 3X the recomened dosage. And BTW: even at that high of dosage, I had 0 side effects whatsoever. Why the hell do you say they have harsh side effects? Do you get bloowork done often while on them? Get liver value test done? You just assume they are harmfull cause that is what Dr. Joeblow says in his MuscleTech studies...</p></blockquote><p></p>
