I mean right now I am 5-10 270 or so and I think I hold my weight pretty good, but you wouldnt look at me and be like he has some good genes, lol! I just started lifting again and wanted to see what I could do and I could barely get up 300 once. So I have to go back to this thing called dedication given my back holds up, which probably wont being I am in the worst shape of my life right now. My point is that given time, effort and eating healthy for the most part you can do that at 16. Hell my friend who was small as hell could get up 275 numerous amounts of times and he was 5-9 165 pounds, but he has been lifting as long as me, matter of fact he got me into it. I wish he was still around. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

[QUOTE="bigbangtheory, post: 2823742, member: 563177"] WTF are you talking about? When I was 13, I was 5'4" and about 185 pounds, so I was big, but that is how I am built. When got to 16, I was 5-8 and 220 and was doing well over 300, why you ask because of dedication! And I dont have amazing genetics, in fact, I have pretty piss poor genetics.
