I solve that by hooking it to a 1800w amp... never had any trouble from that speaker ever again... well it never worked again because i pushed the cone out of the speaker literally. But it could be any of what they said or a slight problem with the cone.  You might want to also go in your box to make sure there isn't anything inside it. The paper like noise you hear might actually be paper</p></blockquote><p></p>
