[QUOTE="Alpine4life89, post: 5784779, member: 608801"] I've already told you guys about my skipping cd player i received from them. So you probably already know that story. But this company sucks. They agree to give me a brand new unit under warranty, so i ship them everything back ( which took almost two weeks btw ). Then the package shows up at my house, and it is the exact same thing i sent to them. The batteries were in the remote The cage was used The wiring harness was used All of this seemed fishy when i first opened the package. So i figured i was probably screwed. Anyways, i installed the head unit and it had the exact same skipping problem as before. They left no note or anything letting me know what they did, yet it was obvious they didn't even try to fix the problem. This is supposed to have a one year warranty, and they went though and kept in contact with me the whole time. But, after 2 weeks with no radio, and paying an extra 11 bucks to ship it to them, they ****ed me over. So now what? I am going to call them on monday and handle this in a mature way, but if they start giving me excuses then i'm going to give them hell. I mean, it's obvious if they were a trusted company they would have handled this better and i would have a working unit right now. Even if they do agree to actually send me a new unit it is still ridiculous that they told me they would take care of it and didn't do SHIT! I doubt they will do anything though based on other complaints i heard googling them. All i have to say is, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE.
