It is not a bad thing to do a search, Sit down take an hour or so, do some searches on the forum for the subs you want to possibly purchase (im sure their are tons of Versus threads between the Solo X and DD, and RE subs).  And Squeak is right throwing tons of watts at a sub isnt going to make you loud if you have no concept of enclosure design. Do a searc and you might find that there are cheaper alternatives than getting super subs like MT's and Soll X's If you just want to have a really loud system, L7's or RE SX's might do the trick.  My whole point here is to tell you that learning is better than demanding answers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
