Companies like Kicker, Rockford and JL Audio invest more into marketing than their actual products. This is mainly to say about Kicker; their quality of equipment has gone down significantly over the years. I hate to say it, because I was born and raised by Kicker&#039;s Headquarters; Stillwater Designs in Oklahoma. Their CVR&#039;s are decent though. Pioneer has never impressed me with their subwoofers. MTX has only a few good products out there, most of their older stuff or their MTX 9500&#039;s I would even recommend, but I dont have any experience with thier Shallow Mount subs. The Kenwoods are surprisingly pretty decent.</blockquote>
