First off, I'm what this country calls, a 'black man'. So why would I "knock" my own people? And a lot of the rappers that say that they're killers, and on the block hustlin', are as far away from 'the block' as possible, in their mansions miles and miles away from the nearest ghetto. And how many albums does it take to relay to your fans about the hard life that you came from? Like I said, there are rappers that are millionaires that still rap about slangin'. There are rappers that are millionaires that rap about how hardcore they are, and how tuff they are, and how much of a killer they are, yet they spooked to go anywhere without there bodyguards, lol. Juvenille did a concert down here where I live, and people in the crowd starting shooting when he played his song, I think it's, Throw Ya Sets Up. He ran like a little B!TCH. But hold up, I though he was a headbuster? I thought he was 'bout that drama'? Why didn't he bust back? I thought Cash Money was an army? Better yet, a navy? LOL! And your argument about how a person's surroundings will dictate what they rap about is only right to a certain degree. Yeah, if the lifestyle you described is how someone lived, I'd expect them to talk about the hard times growing up. And I'd expect them to talk about the things they had to do to survive... But that's TOTALLY different than.... F*ck n*ggaz, I'm a killa, I'll split ya wig, we some murderers, cross me and I'll kill ya, I'll kill ya whole family, .... Time to check my crackhouse, B*tch you'll get left in a ditch, I'll blow out your brains, time for a 187, yall n*ggaz aint sh*t, I aint scared of no n*gga, don't get ya *** kicked, etc. ^That is something TOTALLY different. Your argument is pretty thin..
