Message: <blockquote data-quote="Phatillusion" data-source="post: 45368" data-attributes="member: 541271"><p>If the traffic around you is speeding and you are keeping up with them at approximately the same speed, there is really nothing the officer can do, he can pull you over and give you a ticket, but you can get it dismissed at court.  The reason being is if he didn't pull every one over that was doing the same speed as you, then I believe you can go for discrimination or something like that.  I've had friends do that and the judge threw it out.  Only way it might not work is if he pulled you over for speeding, and gave you a ticket for something else, then it would be hard to get dismissed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
