Just got my type-x installed. Woah. Just woah. If you got the cash its impressive. Its everything everyone said and more, its output is substantial and does much more damage than the two type-r 10"s i had. Granted that the two 10"s wanged and sounded great on the pitiful 350W each i was giving them. Either one would make you happy. Ive got this X 12 on 1000w and its very clean and doesnt lack in horsepower what so ever. Im just balking at the amount of rattle fighting im going to have to do. I have it running off of 4 gauge right now and my ground and power connections **** because its a temp install. I cant imagine what it will do with the big three, my HO alt and some 0 gauge. Makes my hair shake as it is now. Oh and Etronics has them back in stock now for $250 compared to crutchfields $500 or Wooferect $300 EDIT: aww, i misread the thread title. I was thinking SQL sorry. Im installing 2 type-r12s in my buddies ride soon, in like 6 cubes. Ill let you know how it sounds. If the output from some underpowered tens is any indication, then it will be skull splitting.
